About Wes Roberts
Real estate has been part of my life for four generations. I grew up immersed in conversations about homes, neighborhoods, value, and long-term decision-making. With both of my parents in residential real estate, I saw early on how thoughtful property decisions shape families, finances, and the way people experience the places they live.
At 22, I bought my first fixer-upper and learned firsthand what it takes to evaluate a property, manage renovations, and turn potential into something livable and lasting. Since then, I’ve flipped several homes, one of which was featured in Better Homes & Gardens. My family later purchased one of the last true fixer-uppers on Daniel Island, a home we chose intentionally and plan to stay in long term. It’s where we decided to put down deep roots and build something that would grow with us.
That hands-on experience shapes how I approach real estate today. I don’t look at homes only through listing photos or price-per-square-foot metrics. I think about layout, construction quality, renovation potential, long-term usability, and how a home will actually function day to day. My goal is to help people look beyond surface details and make decisions with clarity and confidence. I truly enjoy helping clients find the right home, and just as much, being there for the sense of relief that comes when a home sells and a new chapter begins.
I live on Daniel Island with my wife of 20 years, Bri, who owns a high-end wedding floral and design business and is a former Charleston interior designer featured in multiple local publications. She is also my go-to resource for staging and presentation. We have two teenage daughters who are the joy of our lives and the reason we chose to put down deep roots here on Daniel Island and in Charleston.
How I Work
Every client relationship begins with listening. I take time to understand what matters most, explain options clearly, and provide honest context at each stage of the process. My approach is calm, structured, and client focused, with an emphasis on preparation rather than urgency.
I believe strong representation means protecting interests, anticipating challenges, and communicating clearly from start to finish. The goal is not just a successful closing, but a process that feels informed, thoughtful, and well managed.
Local Perspective
Living on Daniel Island gives me firsthand insight into the rhythms, character, and nuances of the Charleston market. I believe good real estate advice is contextual and tailored, grounded in local knowledge and long-term thinking rather than one-size-fits-all recommendations.
Whether you are purchasing your first home, planning a move, or thinking several steps ahead, my aim is to be a steady and trusted resource along the way.
